Baccarat is a card game that originated in Italy. It was introduced to France in the 15th century and gained popularity in England in the 19th century. It is one of the oldest and most well-known games. Baccarat is all about fairness, so it’s worth spending time on, and it’s also my favorite game. I have been playing baccarat online for five years. I understand that for beginners, it can be challenging to grasp how to play baccarat on the Internet, so I have compiled the most detailed guidelines on baccarat rules and game introduction to help you navigate without getting lost, losing, or being defeated.

Guidelines for Entering Baccarat – How to Play Baccarat?

  1. Wait for the skilled croupier to draw the first 4 cards, distributing 2 cards to the dealer and 2 cards to the player.
  2. Players predict the outcome based on card path rules and complete betting within the given time. There are three betting options: banker wins, player wins, and a tie.
  3. The croupier reveals the cards for both the banker and the player.
  4. Make additional cards according to the baccarat rules.
  5. Confirm the final points given by the banker and the player (if there are additional cards, they are included in the total points calculation).
  6. If the original bet matches the result, it wins.

Guidelines for Entering Baccarat – Licensing

  1. The game uses 6 to 12 decks of cards, with 52 cards in each deck, totaling 312~624 cards.
  2. Place the cards in the distribution box, shuffle them, and then distribute the cards. Each party faces at least two cards but no more than three cards. The first and third cards are given to the player, and the second and fourth cards are given to the banker.

Guidelines for Entering Baccarat – Placing Bets

  1. Players can choose from four betting options: banker wins, player wins, tie, and pair.
  2. Points range from 9 points to 0 points, with points added, and the highest value wins.
  3. Players may bet on the banker’s success if they believe the banker’s cards have a higher value.
  4. If players think the points given by the banker and player are the same and the winner cannot be determined, they can bet on a draw.
  5. If players believe the banker, player, or both will have a pair of cards, such as two 3s or two Qs, they can bet on a pair.

Guidelines for Entering Baccarat – Drawing of Cards

Player drawing rules: The total points of two cards are 0, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, and an additional card is drawn. If the total value of two cards is 6 or higher, no more cards need to be drawn.

Dealer draw rules:

If the player does not need to draw cards, the banker draws cards according to the player drawing rules. That is, if the first two cards of the dealer have a total of “0 to 5” points, a card must be drawn, and the banker does not need to draw cards for 6 points or higher.

If the player needs to draw cards, the principles for drawing cards for the banker are as follows:

  • Total points of two cards are 0, 1, 2, and an additional card is drawn.
  • Total points of two cards are 3. If the player’s third card (not the total points of the three cards) is 8 points, no more cards need to be drawn, and the other cards need to be completed.
  • Total points of two decks are 4. If the player gets the third card with “0, 1, 8, 9” points, no more cards need to be drawn, and the other cards need to be completed.
  • Total points of two cards are 5. If the player gets the third card with “0, 1, 2, 3, 8, 9” points, no more cards need to be drawn, and the other cards need to be completed.
  • Total points of two cards are 6. If the player’s third card is “6 or 7”, one card is added, and the others do not need to be placed again.
  • If the total value of two cards is 7 or higher, no more cards need to be drawn.

Guidelines for Entering Baccarat – Betting Options

  1. Two ways to bet on the banker and the banker’s winner: The first is to buy 1 and pay 0.95, meaning you need to deduct a 5% commission on the banker. The second type is called “commission-free baccarat,” which pays 1 to 1 for a win, but if the dealer wins with 6 points, the winnings are 0.5 to 1.
  2. Betting on the player and the player’s win will result in a 1 to 1 victory.
  3. Betting on a tie (i.e., one with the same final points) wins 1 and loses 8.
  4. Betting on a banker pair or player pair (i.e., the first two cards of the banker or player have the same number or English letter) wins 1 and pays 11.”
